Shipping Policy
At Drip Supply Inc., we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Orders may take longer to process during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at dripsupply786@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been placed or processed.
Drip Supply Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- The shipping carrier
- Weather
- Holidays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect address information
- Carrier service disruptions
- High package volume
Shipping delays do not qualify for order cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Drip Supply Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you should:
- Check around your delivery location
- Contact household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
If needed, you may also email us at dripsupply786@gmail.com, and we will try to assist, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
Signature Confirmation
For high-value orders, Drip Supply Inc. may require signature confirmation at delivery to help protect both the customer and our business.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe the item was damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dripsupply786@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Drip Supply Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for eligible orders.
If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come for pickup until you have received confirmation from us.
Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within a reasonable time. A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
If someone else will be picking up your order, please contact us in advance with their full name. We may require verification before releasing the order.
Drip Supply Inc. is not responsible for orders after they have been picked up and accepted by the customer or authorized pickup person.

Once a local pickup order has been collected, the order is considered completed and all sales are final.
